The Social Security Administration’s (SSA) Ticket to Work (TTW) Program Manager for Recruitment and Outreach (PMRO) has a three-fold mission. First, to build capacity for the TTW Program by recruiting new Employment Networks. Then, once the capacity exists, to increase awareness of beneficiaries of the TTW Program and then connect the beneficiaries with ENs in order to provide them re-employment options to improve their quality of life.
Since November of 2006, CESSI Division of Axiom Resource Management,
Inc. (hereinafter CESSI) has been the TTW PMRO. CESSI understands
the variety of channels and partnerships that must be built
and maintained in order to be successful in this endeavor and
has partnered, through contractual agreements, with several
organizations to implement new EN recruitment models. This
conglomerate, the PMRO Team, has been bolstered by recent activities
to publish new TTW implementing regulations. With this advance,
the PMRO Team, under CESSI’s guidance, is actively engaging
stakeholders across the country in support of the 2008 program
