Resource Area

A resource area will be available for participants of the Summit to share information and showcase products related to programs that increase opportunities for success for those serving as Employment Networks and for beneficiaries assigning their tickets. The resource area will be located in the Cochran Ballroom located on the 3rd level of the Galt House Hotel and Suites. Additional resource tables will be located outside of the Cochran Ballroom and near the Summit registration desk.

The resource area will be open for information sharing each day of the conference during the times when meetings are not in session as indicated below. We ask that participants follow this schedule and refrain from visiting the resource area while meetings are in session.

March 11, 2008 –

7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
2:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.
Anytime after 4:15 p.m.

March 12, 2008

7:30am – 8:30 a.m.
9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Anytime after 4:30 p.m.

March 13, 2008 –

7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Display Material

Material should be limited to small displays of information and/or products such as pamphlets, fliers, etc. The PMRO will review all applications to verify that the material qualifies for display. All applicants will be notified via email within one week after receipt of the application if their display material has been approved. All material must be provided in the following quantities and formats:

  • 300 regular print
  • 25 Braille
  • 25 large print
  • 25 on CD

Setup/Removal of Material

Each participant will be responsible for setting up and removing their display material. Setup will take place on Monday, March 10 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Removal of material will take place on Thursday, March 10 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

Display Tables

The number of display tables is limited. However, we will make every effort to provideach participant with a 6’ x 30” table.  Depending on the size and the quantity of display material, two participants may be required to share a table. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis pending receipt of the application and approval of the display material. Please note: Additional items such as electricity, audio-visual services and equipment rental, Internet access, etc. must be arranged and paid for directly with the Galt House Hotel and Suites by the participants. 

Label and Shipping Procedures

Each participant will be responsible for shipping their material directly to the Galt House Hotel and Suites. For more information on the Galt House Hotel and Suites’ receiving and storage prices and label/shipping procedures, please refer to the attached document.

If you are interested in sharing information, complete and return this application to Robin Toliver by email at rtoliver@cessi.net or by fax to 703-442-9015 no later than February 25, 2008.
