CESSI, a minority-owned business, was founded by Fred Cherry in 1992. Colonel Cherry’s experience as a U.S. Air Force fighter pilot, prisoner of war, and businessman is the driving force behind CESSI’s distinctive expertise and philosophy in the small business community.
