President,
Fred V. Cherry
Colonel Cherry, the founder of CESSI,
is a retired U.S. Air Force fighter pilot who served
in Korea and Vietnam. Colonel Cherry spent over seven
years as a prisoner of war in Hanoi. He retired as one
of the most distinguished and decorated veterans of
the Vietnam War, with over 35 medals.
After his retirement from the military, Colonel Cherry
was employed as the Director of Technical Support Services
for E.H. White and Company and as the Director of Marketing
and Business Development for Data Transmission Corporation
and Scruples Incorporated. Since CESSI's
inception, Colonel Cherry has not only provided exemplary
management as the CEO, but also has shown considerable
expertise in the direct support of clients' needs.
Executive
Vice President, Kevin C. Riley
Mr. Riley brings to CESSI over 25 years experience in the establishment
and rapid development of federal government contracting
companies, having successfully instituted six companies
during his career. He has authored and continues to
produce numerous publications regarding federal procurement
law, federal government accounting standards, management
of federal government contractors, organizational development
of federal government contractors, and how to market
to the federal government. As CESSI's Executive Vice President, Mr. Riley functions
as the Chief Operating Officer. His financial and technical
expertise provides a strong base of support and serves
as a central point for growth and function enhancement
of all personnel.
Principals:
Principal, Jane Rath
Ms. Rath offers nearly
25 years of progressive management experience including
over 12 years providing support services in the disability
and employment arena. Ms. Rath's expertise lies
in program management, strategic planning, marketing
and promoting disability and employment related programs,
fiscal management, and business development.
Among Ms. Rath's successful engagements are the
design and start-up of a number of federal assistive
technology programs, including the Department of Defense
Computer Electronic Accommodation Program and the
U.S. Department of Agriculture TARGET Center. She
successfully managed the start-up and operation of
the Social Security Administration’s Referral System
for Vocational Rehabilitation Providers (Project RSVP)
and Department of Labor Office of Disability Employment
Policy’s Employer Assistance Referral Network (Project
EARN). Ms. Rath has managed project teams and budgets
in excess of $2,000,000 per year. Currently, Ms. Rath
is providing project direction and management support
to a variety of CESSI contracts,
including the GSA Center for Information Technology
Accommodation and Department of Interior's Accessible
Technology Center.
